Leadership & Experience​​​

Under the leadership of Irvine Carrillo—California licensed architect, Certified Access Specialist (CASp), and City of Lancaster Planning Commissioner—SMA brings both design vision and regulatory expertise to every project. A graduate of Cal Poly Pomona, Irvine has directed projects totaling millions of dollars across civic, educational, aerospace, and commercial sectors. His approach unites design-forward thinking with the practical realities of budgets, compliance, and construction delivery.
